Haven has announced a number of changes to its holiday parks in England.

Starting next week Haven say capacity will be increased at their sites across the country, with the exception of Wales, Scotland and Ireland.

The changes will also mean that face masks will no longer be required in some areas and it will no longer be mandatory for visitors to register for NHS Test and Trace QR Codes on their sites, although these are still available. for those who wish. .

Haven will no longer require guests or team members to wear face coverings in indoor public areas and close contact areas.

Safety in the park

A Haven spokesperson said: “We are very cautiously coming out of the Covid period.

“In some customer-facing areas, such as our supermarkets and reception areas, we will continue to use ‘sneeze’ screens.

“Hand sanitizer will be readily available in our parks and we strongly recommend that customers continue to use it.”

All outdoor and indoor play areas will also now be open.

For activities at the park, Stay + Play customers who have booked directly with Haven can begin booking activities as soon as their stay is booked.


Reservations will still be required at indoor restaurants, but not for outdoor dining.

Haven can now accommodate more than six people in its restaurants in its parks in England.

Entertainment venues

Haven is continuing its table reservation system at all of its establishments.

All guests can pre-book an evening entertainment session before arriving at the park.
