There will be a long-awaited return to the Elland Road stands for around 8,000 supporters after a 14-month absence amid the Covid-19 outbreak.
In addition to the fans being welcomed back, United will be saying goodbye to two – maybe three – of their promotion heroes.
Pablo Hernandez and Gaetano Berardi have announced their intention to leave the club this summer as Gjanni Alioski is on contract and looks increasingly likely to leave.
El Mago, as Hernandez is fondly known, played a key role in helping Leeds win promotion to the top of the hierarchy last season.
Berardi and Alioski were also crucial figures for Bielsa’s league title winners as they made history to break a 16-year absence from the Premier League.
The Swiss defender will leave West Yorkshire after a seven-year stint at the club after fully recovering from a torn ACL suffered on the last day of the promotion’s winning campaign.
United welcome the already relegated Baggies to LS11 on Sunday afternoon in what is the last outing of the campaign before a summer of change.

Bielsa on Kalvin during his press conference
“No, honestly, I haven’t received any information on the severity of the injury. We all hope it can be resolved quickly. Knowing Kalvin’s courage, I know he has the resources to quicken whatever he can have.
Leeds manager Marcelo Bielsa speaks to BT Sport: “I’m happy that we won and that Pablo Hernandez and Gaetano Berardi got such a generous send.
“The game could have had a smaller difference. When a team is relegated and almost everything goes against them. But in the second half, we had some well-designed chances.
On Kalvin Phillips injured at the end of the match: “I couldn’t tell you if the injury is serious or not, but we hope he can go to the Euros.”
On his future: “I have a lot of gratitude for the time I spent here and I am very grateful. As soon as it is resolved, the club will announce it.
West Brom manager Sam Allardyce speaks to BT Sport: “I think that’s a level at which they’re going to be very good. They have a great opportunity to show how good they are in this championship. They will have to strengthen the team, but it’s for someone else.
On who could replace him: “I told the club what I think and it’s up to them to decide. I haven’t spoken to them for two or three days because we are focusing on the game. I am not too disappointed with the performance. Unfortunately, you can’t give goals like we did today.
“A good vacation is next for me for sure, after that I don’t know. I’m glad I came back and I’m disappointed that I didn’t do what I did before. We stopped fighting, then we started to improve but unfortunately not well enough.
The players now take a tour of Elland Road to say thank you to the supporters in LS11. A nice shipment for Pablo and Bera.
Phillips being helped from the field
It’s a sour note. Kalvin has difficulty walking on his own because of his shoulder.
90 + 1. Phillips has just embarked on a challenge on the other side. Seemed to hurt his shoulder during the tackle. Ref pending with yellow but it’s a long stop.
90. Cut / shot / cross from Raphinha near the post beaten by Johnstone. Pascal Struijk played a good ball in Roberts in the preparation.
89. Leeds hands it to them on a plate with a mixture on the back. Cooper’s pass to Phillips is poorly controlled, allowing Robson-Kanu to beat Casilla. Oops.
