Refund & Return Policy

At TAKARA, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

Returns

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase must be provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Items purchased on clearance or final sale.
• Gift cards.
• Personalized or customized products.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos or videos showing the issue.

We will evaluate the case and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
